In this role, you take on a varied range of tasks and actively shape your area of responsibility with plenty of freedom. You contribute your own ideas and drive the further development of processes in a targeted manner. At the same time, you work closely with a team where mutual support, trust, and a partnership-based approach are highly valued. The focus is on your continuous professional and personal development.
Responsibilities:
You carry out the monthly closing in SAP
You prepare and analyse the monthly cost centre accounting as well as the reporting to management
You participate in the annual financial statements (including hospital statistics, ITAR-K, Spiges)
You support budgeting and the preparation of the business plan
You continuously develop controlling instruments, especially dashboards based on HCe, and prepare profitability and return calculations
You prepare Rekole® certifications as well as internal audits and create the documents for the auditors
You are the contact person for business management questions in the company divisions and participate in projects or partially lead them
Qualifications:
You have a degree in business administration or a comparable qualification with a focus on controlling
You bring several years of experience in controlling
You are proficient in Excel
Ideally, you have knowledge of SAP (ERP) and HCe (BI tool)
You communicate fluently in German
