Your Area of Responsibility
- You lead the outpatient clinic of the women's clinic in a goal-oriented and responsible manner and accompany an interdisciplinary team from various professional groups. In doing so, you ensure clear communication, promote collaboration, and create a motivating work atmosphere
- You implement efficient, effective, and appropriate care and are responsible for coordinating and planning the processes in the various consultation hours of the women's clinic
- In your role as head of department, you share responsibility for the personnel, organizational, and professional leadership as well as the further development of the nursing team
- Together with the team, you ensure needs-based, economical care of patients. You are supported by a state-of-the-art clinical information system that digitally maps the entire patient process and provides up-to-date data at all times
Your Experience
- You have completed basic training as a nursing specialist HF/FH or FaGe with professional experience
- You are a resilient, flexible, and communicative personality and bring a high level of social and team skills. A networked way of thinking rounds off your profile
- As an open and responsible personality, you bring a high service and quality awareness
- Targeted team development is important to you. Together with clinic management, you support professional and interdisciplinary collaboration
