Your Tasks

• Leading and developing a team of three customer advisors in the customer zone
• Needs-oriented advice to our customers with active cross-selling
• Handling customer service at the cash desk, managing the cash inventory and maintaining the ATM
• Referring potential customers to the responsible specialist advisors
• Representing HBL as well as planning and implementing market development activities
• Supporting outbound activities

What You Bring

• Completed commercial basic training, preferably in the banking sector
• SAQ certification or willingness to complete it within a reasonable period
• Proven leadership experience as well as several years of experience in customer advisory
• Team-oriented thinking and acting, high initiative and organisational skills
• Pleasant manners, communicative and empathetic nature
• Regional ties
