About the Position

As a Maintenance Operator, you are part of the eMobility division and work in various production areas such as cleanroom, testing, and greyroom. You take on tasks in the maintenance area while simultaneously supporting production operations by operating and monitoring fully automated production systems. Through your flexibility within the trained areas as well as your solution-oriented and careful working style, you contribute to a safe, efficient, and high-quality production process.

What You Can Achieve

• Processing production batches according to valid work instructions under cleanroom conditions in the areas of eMobility, cleanroom, testing, and greyroom
• Setting up, operating, and monitoring fully automated production systems as well as operating applicable control systems such as MES, SAP, and BO Report
• Flexible job rotation between the trained areas and activities as well as willingness to learn additional work areas
• Implementation of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) on complex systems in mechanical manufacturing and testing according to work instructions, including performing daily machine checks including SPC
• Monitoring and ensuring the supply of production media as well as maintaining consumables for production machines
• Organising and carrying out cleaning work at workplaces, cleanroom infrastructure, systems, materials, and modules according to valid work instructions
• Contributing to ensuring quality, order, and safety as well as the continuous improvement process; additionally providing occasional support to maintenance technicians and engineers
• Supporting the training of new Maintenance Operators and taking on additional tasks as instructed by shift management

What You Bring

• Completed vocational training EFZ or EBA in a technical field
• German language skills at least at level C1
• Solution-oriented approach as well as good problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a structured manner under process difficulties, stress, and deadlines
• Hands-on mentality as well as good communication skills and social competence with the ability to communicate effectively across various hierarchy and competence levels
• Basic knowledge of standard software such as MS Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Openness to a 2-shift system as well as willingness for continuous personal development and participation in training
