We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Foreign Trade Officer to join our team full-time at our offices in Etoy, VD.
Your Responsibilities
- Coordination of international shipments
- Preparation and follow-up of import/export documentation
- Handling documentary credits and documentary collections
- Communication with customers, suppliers, freight forwarders, and banks
- Data entry and order management in ERP system
- Monitoring deliveries and shipment schedules Ensuring compliance with Incoterms and international trade procedures
Your Profile
- Degree or experience in logistics, foreign trade, or import/export
- Knowledge of import/export documentation
- Familiar with documentary credits and documentary collection
- Good knowledge of Incoterms
- Comfortable with MS Office, Windows, and ERP systems
- Fluent in English and French Portuguese or Spanish is a plus
- Detail-oriented and well organized Able to work autonomously and under pressure Motivated and reliable personality
