Your missions: Machining and Optimising
You ensure the complete setup and operation of CNC Swiss screw machines Tornos EvoDeco 10 and STAR SR-20, to guarantee precise production that meets requirements. You carry out programming on TB-Déco as well as on TISIS for SwissNano 4 and 7 machines. You monitor and optimise production by proposing process improvements aimed at increasing productivity. You also perform preventive maintenance of equipment to ensure production continuity. Finally, you guarantee rigorous quality control respecting very fine tolerances.
Your profile – Skill and Precision
You hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) in micromechanics, Swiss screw machining or polymachining, or an equivalent recognised qualification. You have at least five years of experience in CNC Swiss screw machining and master the STAR SR-20 and Tornos EvoDeco 10 machines perfectly, as well as the TISIS and TB-Déco environments. You also possess strong skills in reading technical plans and precision machining. Autonomous, fast and reliable, you are fluent in French.
