Information Security Governance Manager (m/f/d)

These are your tasks:

• Development and maintenance of the Information Security Governance Framework
• Maintenance and further development of our group-wide Information Security Management System (ISMS) as well as effectiveness control and evaluation
• Coordination of audits and compliance requirements (especially TISAX and ISO 27001)
• Organization and follow-up of vulnerability management
• Planning and coordination of BCM measures, emergency drills and tests
• Technical governance for InfoSec-related systems and processes (Phishing, CTEM, SOC, ITSM) with conceptual control and organization
• Planning and implementation of awareness measures as well as internal communication
• Coordination of external service providers and security partners
• Contact person for questions regarding information security
• Support in the further development of the information security strategy
• Documentation, tracking of measures and reporting to CISO, management and departments

This is what you bring:

• Completed studies in the field of information security, IT, business informatics, quality management or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in the areas of information security, IT, compliance, audit or project management
• Understanding of IT and information security
• Structured, independent and reliable way of working
• Strong communication skills
• Enjoyment in coordination, follow-up and documentation
• Very good German and good English skills
• Advantages include
