Our Zurich marketing team specializes in residential properties – from new construction projects to condominiums to single-family homes.

We are looking to strengthen our team immediately or by arrangement with a committed personality in the role of:

Consultant Marketing Residential (m/f) 100%

The following tasks await you:

Mandate responsibility

• Independent management of sales and rental mandates (new construction projects, condominiums, single-family homes)
• Support of interested parties until the conclusion of rental or purchase contracts
• Conducting purchase contract negotiations, ordering and reviewing purchase contracts, notarizations, and property transfers
• Organization and execution of viewings
• Preparation of mandate documents
• Management and maintenance of online listings as well as creation of monthly reports
• Ensuring mandate quality and customer satisfaction
• Close collaboration with owners to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions
• Development and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies for residential property projects
• Development of property and location strategies as well as usage concepts

Active participation in acquisition

• Participation in the acquisition of new mandates (presentations, offers, analyses)
• Participation in pitches and presentations for new mandates
• Proactive approach to interested parties via personal networks and digital channels
• Support in social media activities for marketing the properties

You bring with you:

• Several years of experience in real estate marketing, ideally in the residential sector (initial rental and/or sales)
• Completed real estate commercial training or comparable qualification
• Strong negotiation skills, analytical thinking, and quality awareness
• Strong communication skills, empathetic and customer-oriented
• Confident handling of digital media and marketing platforms
• Good English skills
• Enjoy working with different customer groups
