You will oversee the full recruitment lifecycle to attract the talent needed to support the company's rapid growth. Working closely with hiring managers, you will refine sourcing strategies, enhance the candidate experience, and contribute to strengthening the employer brand in a purpose-driven and fast-evolving environment.

Description
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and design effective recruitment strategies aligned with the company's mission and values.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates, assessing both technical skills and cultural alignment with a sustainability-oriented organisation.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Build strong relationships with candidates while ensuring a transparent and positive experience.
- Utilise multiple sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, employee referrals, employment fairs and student forums, to attract high-potential talent.
- Represent the company at industry events, career fairs, and university engagements to enhance employer branding.
- Maintain active talent pipelines and ensure accurate documentation in internal systems.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve recruitment processes and support a culture of innovation and operational excellence.
- Stay informed about market trends and best practices to elevate recruitment efficiency and outcomes.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of recruitment experience, ideally in a fast-paced, innovative, or scale-up environment.
- Strong expertise in sourcing methods, interviewing techniques, and talent acquisition strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple processes autonomously while maintaining high quality and responsiveness.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Fluent in English and French.
- Valid driving licence.
- Proactive, adaptable, and motivated by contributing to environmentally responsible and technologically advanced initiatives.
