We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our client HQ as soon as possible and for a 6 month mission. This This role will be perfect for someone looking to play a key role in a fast moving HR Team as well as advising the wider company on employee life cycle and enabling people to develop to the best of the abilities in their roles.

We will consider candidates looking for a 80% up to 100% role.

HR Generalist (Bilingual) for 6 months - 80 to 100%

Description

• Be a trusted advisor and provide high quality HR advice across all areas of the employee lifecycle
• Managing absence, performance, training and development, grievances, disciplinaries, staff morale and wellbeing.
• Ensure all company policies are compliant with employment regulations, and preparing HR documentation accordingly
• Prepare and review work certificates, termination letters and contracts
• Managing the recruitment process end to end - including liaising with recruitment agencies, attending interviews, ensuring the business is recruiting the right individuals who will thrive and deliver results
• Support the payroll maanger with data collections
• Support the organisation of trainings
• Managing the full-on boarding and off boarding process including, inductions, probationary and exit interviews.

Profile

• Experience working in an HR generalist role if possible in Switzerland
• Demonstrable experience working with a variety of stakeholders at all levels
• Up-to-date knowledge of employment law and HR practice and principles
• French is a plus and English a must
• Great knowledge of Swiss Labor law and key principles of business partnership
• Strong attention to detail with strong interpersonal and communication skills
