Tasks

Creation, development, implementation and dispatch of newsletters in Salesforce Marketing Cloud based on existing briefings, layouts and templates
Input and preparation of texts, images, product information, links and call-to-actions as well as setting up dispatch parameters
Conducting test dispatches, quality control on desktop and mobile as well as ensuring error-free and timely delivery
Coordination and collaboration within e-commerce as well as with marketing, translation and graphics
Maintenance, adjustment and optimisation of existing newsletter modules, templates and processes as well as support with further e-commerce tasks

Completed commercial training or professional experience in the commercial sector
Experience in marketing, communication or a similar environment
Initial experience in e-commerce is an advantage
Reliable, resilient and open personality; knowledge of newsletter systems, especially Salesforce, is an advantage
Confident German as well as knowledge of French and Italian is an advantage
