You lead customer projects from the initial requirement through technical conception to series maturity.
You clarify technical requirements, develop specifications and coordinate implementation with the involved departments.
You assess different technical solutions, materials, processes and manufacturing possibilities.
You coordinate interdisciplinary teams from development, production, quality, purchasing and other technical areas.
You are the direct contact for customers on technical questions, design reviews, feasibility assessments and project decisions.
You keep an eye on deadlines, costs, quality and project risks and initiate targeted measures if necessary.
You ensure that projects are handed over cleanly to production and after-sales.
Ideally, you have:
A higher technical education (HF) or a comparable qualification, for example in mechanical engineering, plastics technology or production engineering
Several years of experience in technical project management, project management, process management or a similar function
Good knowledge of production processes, industrialisation or technical development projects
Enjoy working with customers and the ability to explain complex technical contexts clearly
A structured and independent way of working as well as the ability to keep an overview even with several parallel topics
Assertiveness and the willingness to actively drive decisions forward
Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
You work on technical tasks where your experience, decision-making ability and solution orientation are truly required. The position offers you a lot of personal responsibility and direct influence on the project course.

Profile
You have a technical background and have already gained experience in managing complex projects.Ideally, you have:
