To contribute to our inclusive goals and ensure the well-being, health and quality of life of adult residents of the TSA micro-structures Terre de lune located in Cheseaux-sur-Lausanne, we are seeking a:
Educator (F/M/X) - 80% Permanent Contract
Context and Mission
Aware of the challenges surrounding the care and support of complex cases, the Vernand Foundation created three micro-structures in summer 2016 currently hosting 8 TSA residents. By welcoming these individuals, we have committed to providing them with an environment conducive to their well-being and the development of their skills through structured and tailored support.
For 10 years, the individualised support of these people has proven effective and the residents demonstrate new skills, leading us to continuously improve service delivery to enable their personal fulfilment.
Profile

Hold a diploma as an educator, or ASE, ASSC or nursing assistant with experience in an educational setting

Be enthusiastic about embracing the values and projects of the Foundation, and committed to its mission with an adult TSA audience (the interpersonal skills must align with our institutional culture)

Have acquired the necessary skills related to supporting TSA individuals: the person benefits from training or practice related to complex situations.

Demonstrate relational skills, adaptability, creativity to juggle the diversity of required approaches and proposed activities

Motivation to work on a project that involves challenges and will evolve over time

A sense of responsibility, communication skills, adaptability, flexibility and autonomy

An interest in networking, working with families and legal representatives

Flexible working hours (night work possible via an on-call service)

Possession of a driving licence
Additional Information
We offer you an innovative collaborative environment through participative management, supported by supervisions, training days, practice analyses, training sessions and weekly seminars. Working conditions according to the CCT of the canton of Vaud. (for a 100% rate: 4.5h/week - 8 weeks of annual leave).
