Your responsibilities include:
- Professional leadership, support and further development of the quality management system (QMS) according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
- Planning, conducting and evaluating management reviews as well as preparing QHSE-relevant reports
- Leading and supporting quality, safety and strategy-related projects
- Planning, conducting and accompanying internal and external audits (clients, suppliers, accreditations)
- Ensuring compliance with corporate, client and legal requirements in the QHSE area
- Advising employers, managers and operational areas on occupational safety and health protection
- Building, maintaining and further developing the safety organisation, including safety concept, safety manual and emergency organisation
- Conducting and coordinating hazard assessments, risk evaluations, safety inspections as well as analysis of accidents and near misses
- Planning, implementing and monitoring safety and improvement measures, including continuous improvement process (CIP) and QHSE improvement plans
- Organising, coordinating and supporting training, instructions and awareness-raising measures in the QHSE area
Your profile:
- Specialist in occupational safety and health protection ASGS (federal certificate)
- or ASGS expert or safety engineer
- Technical basic training
- At least 5 years practical experience as a specialist in occupational safety
- Experience with management systems and audits is an advantage
- Very good MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), experience with Smartsheet is an advantage
- Structured, independent and communicative working style
- Assertiveness and high advisory competence
- Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
