As a qualified, technically skilled electrical specialist, you take responsibility for the safe and efficient operation of all electrical, building automation, and low-voltage systems. In a modern and demanding premium customer environment, you are the central interface between Facility Management, the internal electrical department, the operational electrical team, and the customers. Together with a team of three operational electricians, you ensure electrical operational safety and smooth technical operation.
Your main tasks:
- Execution and monitoring of inspections, repairs, installations, and recurring tests on electrical, building automation, and low-voltage systems
- Planning, scheduling, coordinating, and initiating measures based on inspection results
- Control and management of external service providers as well as support for conversions, approvals, and takeovers of high and low voltage systems according to NIV requirements and official inspections
- Creation and review of all necessary technical documentation (checklists, reports, system logs, safety certificates, etc.) according to applicable standards and legal requirements
- Contribution of optimization proposals to improve systems, processes, and energy efficiency
- Taking over administrative and organizational tasks in your own specialist area
Your profile:
- Completed training as an electrical installer EFZ or comparable technical basic training
- Further training as an electrical safety advisor
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable function, especially in installation technology, operation, and maintenance of building technology systems
- Additional knowledge in MSR, GLT, KNX, DALI as well as in technical standards (e.g., NIN, NIV, StV, EN50110)
- Good PC user skills and affinity for technical tools
- Fluent German skills in spoken and written form
- Good English skills
- Structured, careful, and service-oriented working style as well as a professional, customer-oriented appearance
