The position offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive customer support, from consultation through to quotation and order processing. - Competently handling telephone enquiries in multiple languages (French / Italian if possible)
- Preparing and following up on quotations for customer enquiries
- Processing customer orders and providing technical information
- Maintaining CRM data and supporting the field sales team
- Good knowledge of German and ideally French or Italian
- Technical understanding required for product consultation and customer support
- Experience with ERP and CRM systems is an advantage
- Proactive and customer-oriented working style with high motivation
- Active support for further training and professional development
- Working in a flexible and well-coordinated sales team

Responsibilities
- Advising customers on the entire product range and services- Competently handling telephone enquiries in multiple languages (French / Italian if possible)

Profile
- Completed training in the electrical sector or commercial basic training- Good knowledge of German and ideally French or Italian
- Technical understanding required for product consultation and customer support
