Accounting & Tax Declaration Employee (m/f/d)
Role:
For our ROCKEN partner, a fiduciary company located in Schwerzenbach, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed and reliable individual for the fiduciary area. You will take on a versatile range of tasks between accounting, taxes and customer contact with various SME mandates. In a collegial and straightforward environment with short decision-making paths, you will benefit from direct contact with management.
Responsibilities:
You independently manage financial accounting for various SMEs
You manage and process payroll accounting
You prepare and check VAT returns
You prepare interim and annual financial statements
You prepare tax returns for natural and legal persons
You assist with social insurance declarations and year-end processing
You correspond with clients, tax offices, social insurance institutions and other authorities
You undertake general fiduciary and administrative tasks
Qualifications:
You have a commercial education, ideally with experience in fiduciary services
Professional experience in a fiduciary company is an advantage
You possess good knowledge of financial and payroll accounting
You work independently, precisely and reliably
You have good German language skills in spoken and written form as well as confident use of MS Office
Experience with Infoniqa ONE 50 or comparable fiduciary/accounting software is an advantage
You enjoy direct contact with customers and varied tasks
