What is my role?

In this versatile controlling role, you are responsible for investment controlling at our two plants in Rapperswil-Jona. You accompany investment projects from planning to activation and create meaningful analyses for management. For our investment projects, you are the local contact person for corporate controlling and actively participate in group projects in this area. At the same time, you work closely with the two plant controllers and support them with closing, planning, and deputising tasks. Your responsibilities include in particular:

• Managing investment projects from planning, application review to completion notification in SAP

• Preparation of financial statements, forecasts, budgets, and medium-term planning in the investment area

• Conducting periodic investment controls as well as maintaining and reviewing tool factors

• Assisting in the preparation and evaluation of profitability calculations

• Supporting the plant controllers in closing and planning processes as well as during holiday cover

• Preparation of business management evaluations and support with organisational and administrative tasks

What do I need to be successful?

You have a commercial basic education with further training in finance and accounting or controlling (e.g. qualification as a specialist in finance and accounting with a federal certificate). In addition, you are characterised by the following qualities and skills:

• At least two years of professional experience in controlling, ideally in a manufacturing company

• Very good Excel and SAP skills

• Very good German and good English skills, both spoken and written

• Structured working style and analytical skills as well as a strong service orientation

• Team spirit, flexibility, and down-to-earth attitude
