Hamilton Storage develops, produces, and markets robots for storing up to ten million chemical substances for pharmaceutical companies. In addition, we produce robots for storing biological samples at -80 degrees Celsius, which are used in biobanks for clinical research purposes.
What you can achieve:
As a refrigeration technician, you are responsible for ensuring that Hamilton storage systems keep customer products stable in the temperature range from -80°C to +30°C. To achieve this, you are responsible for the following:
- Repair and maintenance assignments at our international customers
- Scheduling of third-party companies at our customers
- Monitoring and evaluating the work performed by third-party companies based on contracts and work reports
- Renewing contracts with third-party companies
- Monitoring and maintaining our refrigerant warehouse
- Creating, monitoring, and maintaining the status overview of our refrigeration systems in the field
- Responsible for the maintenance of our systems according to local regulations regarding refrigeration technology
- Creating and processing customer complaints in the corresponding CSM software
What you bring with you:
Furthermore, you contribute your expertise and the experiences you gain in the field to the development department to make our products even better
You enjoy direct contact with customers.
You have training as a refrigeration system technician EFZ including the corresponding certificates or the willingness to obtain them in order to procure and transport refrigerants
You are certified for handling refrigerants and have already gained experience in field service on industrial refrigeration systems
You like the challenge; complex leak detection and soldering work in hard-to-reach places do not deter you
You are familiar with the regulations in various European countries (e.g., F-Gas Regulation EU No. 517/2014)
You enjoy traveling but also like working at the headquarters in Domat/Ems with colleagues from various disciplines (e.g., Technical Service, Engineering, Production, Project Management)
You communicate confidently in German and English, as our team is multinational
You have a driver's license for passenger cars
Your workplace is in Graubünden (Domat/Ems). The position includes international travel activity of up to 80% with a focus on Europe.
