Specialist in Financial Accounting (m/f/d), 80-100%
Your tasks
- Professional responsibility for accounts payable and expense accounting (overhead costs)
- Participation in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Ensuring the correct posting of all business transactions as well as ongoing account reconciliations
- Contact person for internal and external partners
- Participation in projects
- Key user function for Microsoft D365FO and DocuWare
- Support in the further development of the accounts payable area and optimization of existing processes
- Participation in internal and external audits
- Professional support for the accounts payable team
Your profile
- Completed basic training as a commercial employee EFZ
- Further education in finance and accounting with federal diploma
- Several years of professional experience in finance and accounting, accounts payable area, ideally with D365FO
- Strong numerical understanding, independent, structured working style, and high quality orientation
- Fluent German in spoken and written form, knowledge of English, French, and/or Italian is an advantage
- Communicative, assertive, and team-oriented personality
- Service-oriented and resilient
- Very good MS Office user skills
