In this role, you are the first point of contact for employees for all ICT questions and ensure a smooth IT daily routine. You manage the entire workplace environment, administer user accounts and access rights, and carry out onboarding and offboarding. You also actively support IT projects and contribute your expertise to various initiatives. You will operate in an IT landscape that combines on-premise systems with modern cloud and SaaS solutions. You can expect a varied range of tasks with a high degree of personal responsibility in a team-oriented, modernly managed environment.
Responsibilities:
Support employees around the digital workplace and provide competent assistance with technical issues in a modern Microsoft 365 environment
Active participation in IT projects as well as support for reliable operation and maintenance within a hybrid infrastructure
Conveying user knowledge through personal support and training on the ICT systems and digital work tools used
Responsibility for the lifecycle of IT work equipment – from procurement through management to structured inventory
Qualifications:
Completed basic IT training and ideally some practical experience in ICT, workplace or user support
Interest in system, network and infrastructure topics as well as motivation to further develop in on-premise, cloud and SaaS technologies
Experience with technologies such as Microsoft 365, VMware, Business Central or modern collaboration platforms is an advantage
Service-oriented and communicative personality with an independent working style as well as good German and English skills
