To strengthen our team in the Catering sector, we are looking from 01.10.2026, for a permanent position, at the Monthey site, for a motivated and committed person as a Cook, 60%.
Your responsibilities
- You are an integral part of our kitchen team and work with fresh products, which we preferably purchase from regional suppliers.
- You work independently on several production stations in the kitchen, especially in pastry: basic preparations (doughs, creams), baking, assembly and finishing of desserts.
- You take charge of and serve our demanding customers in the front-cooking area.
- You ensure at all times the preparation of products, their freshness and quality.
- You contribute to creating an attractive market atmosphere in accordance with the concept.
- You ensure that the area assigned to you is well organised, clean and complete.
- You systematically comply with the prescribed hygiene rules.
Your profile
- You have preferably completed a basic training as a cook with a Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) or as a system restaurateur/restauratrice with CFC.
- You already have extensive professional experience in an equivalent activity.
- You demonstrate versatility and flexibility: depending on service needs, you work in the kitchen and pastry, with autonomy on sweet stations (preparation, baking, assembly and plating of desserts).
- You are able to adapt to high customer traffic and keep calm and an overview in busy situations.
- You convince with your sales intuition, your special sensitivity for our customers and your positive energy.
- You place great importance on an independent, clean and motivated working style.
- You use available resources carefully and sustainably.
- You speak fluent French and preferably know another national language.
