Tasks
- Therapy planning for inpatient patients under the guidelines of STReha and optimal use of all resources (staff, rooms, equipment, etc.)
- First point of contact for outpatient patients including appointment scheduling
- Coordination of tasks and appointments of employees
- Deputy and support of the Head of Therapy Coordination
- Assistance in the training of commercial apprentices
- STReha controlling
- Participation in and/or taking over projects, process and document management
- General administrative tasks
Expectations
- Completed apprenticeship as a commercial clerk EFZ
- High resilience and reliability as well as an independent and flexible way of working
- Organizational talent with service-oriented action and networked thinking
- Enjoyment in contact with patients as well as friendly and confident appearance
- Good MS Office user skills
- Good German skills in spoken and written, any additional language is an advantage
