In Switzerland, Sonepar is one of the leaders in the wholesale distribution of electrical equipment. HR Partner (f/m/d) 100%

Your responsibilities

You do not want to simply handle HR administration, but actively contribute to shaping the company culture and supporting change? Join our dynamic HR team and participate from the start in setting up our new logistics site in Avenches.

• You manage the entire HR lifecycle for approximately 90 employees at our sites in French-speaking Switzerland
• You actively participate in the launch of the new logistics site in Avenches, with the responsibility for recruiting approximately 30 new positions
• As a strategic HR partner, you advise managers on topics such as recruitment, workforce planning, development, change management, and occupational health management (OHM)
• You work closely with the administrative HR team and payroll based in Wallisellen
• You report directly to the head of human resources and are part of a motivated and supportive HR team of 7 colleagues

Your profile

• Commercial employee certificate
• Additional training with federal diploma as HR specialist
• Proven experience as an HR Partner, ideally in a logistics environment
• Strong service orientation and partnership-based collaboration with managers and employees
• Willingness to travel approximately 30% in French-speaking Switzerland
• Resilient, committed, autonomous, and solution-oriented personality
• Proficiency in MS Office tools and ease with digital solutions
• Fluent French, good knowledge of German (bilingualism is an asset)
