Facility Services Manager Hospitality 100%- Responsibility for the professional, smooth and contract-compliant provision of all facility services in the assigned portfolio including budget, cost and results responsibility
- Competent contact person for the client as well as active stakeholder management at all levels with a focus on consulting, solution finding and sustainable customer relationships
- Ensuring a high level of service quality as well as continuous development of services through innovative, efficient and customer-oriented approaches
- Professional and personnel management, coaching and development of the team (approx. 15 employees) as well as promoting a appreciative and performance-oriented team culture
- Planning, control and monitoring of resources, personnel deployment and service delivery to ensure efficient operations
- Responsibility for compliance with occupational safety, health and environmental protection as well as all legal, regulatory and internal company requirements
- Ensuring compliance with service levels (SLA), quality standards, processes and contractual agreements
- Completed vocational training in facility management, hotel industry, hospitality or a comparable service sector
- Further training in facility management, business administration or hospitality management (HF/FH) advantageous
- Several years of professional and leadership experience in a comparable role
- Strong customer, service and quality orientation with a high host mentality
- Experience in stakeholder management and professional handling of demanding clients
- Sound business knowledge as well as experience in budget and cost management
- Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style with strong implementation skills
- Confident, professional and representative appearance as well as very good German and English skills
