What to expect
- Support in complying with all relevant requirements, especially: EU GDP, GXP, national and international guidelines, air freight security requirements (BAZL), ISO9001/ISO14001
- Creation of SOPs, work instructions, templates and checklists
- Planning and support of internal and external audits
- Training of employees in quality-relevant topics
- Conducting compliance assessments & risk analyses
- Conducting lane risk assessments for land and air freight transports
- Participation in the qualification and monitoring of facilities and other external service providers
- Promotion of a quality and compliance culture within the company
- Participation in the further development of the quality strategy
What you bring
- Initial professional experience in the quality area of warehouse logistics, as well as land and air freight transport
- Good understanding of logistics processes and procedures in temperature-controlled supply chains
- Knowledge of GDP / GXP transport requirements
- Experience with air freight security (BAZL)
- Strong quality and sense of responsibility
- Team spirit and enjoyment of teamwork
- Very good German and English skills
