Assistant to the Head of Logistics HFR

(80-100 %)

Your mission:

• manage approx. 20 employees: lead, motivate, and supervise the staff
• plan and coordinate daily work
• ensure coordination with an external partner
• replace the head during her absences and vacations
• analyze needs and participate in the "Zenith" project (new hospital center)
• participate in the opening and analysis of public markets
• participate in the development and implementation of projects on behalf of the head
• organize and provide training for employees
• perform quality controls at all hospital sites while respecting current hygiene and safety standards
• carry out various administrative tasks

Your profile:

• holder of a bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, a bachelor's degree in hotel management and reception professions, a diploma in facility management ES or equivalent
• several years of professional experience in the field, with team management experience
• very good command of the French or German language with good knowledge of the other language
• very good mastery of MS Office office tools
• organized, precise, rigorous person, with a sense of priorities and able to adapt quickly to new situations
