These are your tasks
- You welcome our patients on the ward and pamper them with a professional meal and beverage service
- You are the contact person for questions regarding the infrastructure in the room and ensure cleanliness around the bed and laundry supply in the room
- You supervise trainees in the professions of Health Specialist as well as Hotel and Housekeeping Specialist
What you bring with you
- Training as a service specialist, hotel specialist, restaurant specialist or housekeeping specialist
- Good IT skills (Word, Outlook) and good German language skills, both spoken and written
- Experience in upscale hospitality as well as an independent working style and calmness in hectic situations
- Motivated and friendly personality with polished manners and strong customer orientation
