Flying Teachers is currently looking for a French as a Foreign Language teacher to conduct two individual face-to-face lessons for two children in Le Mont-sur-Lausanne.

Course type: French for children – beginner level A1

Start: as soon as possible or to be agreed

Location: 1052 Le Mont-sur-Lausanne

Format: face-to-face lessons

Number of participants: 2 children, in separate individual lessons

Frequency: 2 sessions per week per child

Duration: 30 hours per child, i.e. 20 sessions of 90 minutes

Level: A1 – beginner

Course 1 – 11-year-old child

Level: A1 – Beginner 1

Preferred schedule: Wednesday and Friday, from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm

Alternative schedules: Tuesday and Thursday, or Monday and Wednesday, from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm

Start: as soon as possible

Course 2 – 9-year-old child

Level: A1 – Beginner 1

Mother tongue: Kazakh

Preferred schedule: Tuesday and Thursday, from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm

Alternative schedule: Monday and Wednesday, from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm

Start: as soon as possible

Desired profile

Native French speaker or C2 level

SVEB certificate or equivalent qualification

Experience in teaching

Experience in teaching children is an asset

Good ability to plan and structure lessons

Student-centred pedagogical approach

Ability to identify learners’ needs

Regular monitoring of progress

Good communication with our administrative team

Residence in the Lausanne region and valid work permit in Switzerland
