Responsibilities
- Managing an assigned customer portfolio (focus on Switzerland)
- Planning and performing maintenance and repairs at the customer site
- Planning and carrying out installations at the customer site
- Documenting work in the CRM
Requirements
- Basic technical training in the electrical field
- Enjoyment of independent work
- Experience in customer service
- Good German skills, both spoken and written
- English skills, both spoken and written, are also a must
- Passion, composure, and professionalism in thinking and acting
