It is within this framework that the DynamO programme is situated, co-directed by the Medical Directorate and the Nursing Directorate. DynamO structures quality management at all levels of the organisation – units, services, and departments – relying on clinical indicators and continuous improvement loops. These enable the implementation of good clinical practices and the de-implementation of inappropriate practices.
Job Description
As an intern, you will support the programme team in improving the use of theories and tools from implementation science and change management in daily practices.
You will conduct a structured and synthetic literature review related to implementation science and change management.
You will conduct interviews and organise focus groups to analyse difficulties and barriers to the implementation of good practices. You will develop implementation strategies with change management support.
You will develop a generalised methodology based on the experience gained for broader dissemination of the practice.
You will participate in writing an article on the work carried out with a view to publication.
Qualifications
You demonstrate great adaptability, allowing you to interact with different audiences and situations. Your team spirit and interpersonal skills will help you work interdisciplinarily and integrate easily within our team.
You possess good organisational skills and are adept at producing clear summaries and taking notes.
You have good skills in scientific research.
A good command of the French language is mandatory (Level C1 required).
You are enrolled in a postgraduate training programme in health psychology accredited by the FOPH, leading to a specialist psychologist title in health psychology FOPH or a master’s degree in psychology with a health psychology orientation and must complete a mandatory internship within this framework.
