Head of Network Usage Management (all)

As Head of Network Usage Management, you take on leadership responsibilities at Power Grid. As a member of the leadership team of the Energy & Network Customers Business Unit, you help shape further development and lead the area that connects line organisation and agile collaboration.

Your field of activity

• The strategic orientation of network usage management is your responsibility. In doing so, you further develop the area with regard to regulatory, technological and market-related changes
• With profit and budget responsibility, you manage the area entrepreneurially and represent network usage management in strategic projects as well as towards internal and external partners
• You further develop the network usage management of tomorrow with your team and actively drive the transformation of the process, system and data landscape. In doing so, you identify and realise potential for new data-based solutions with tangible added value for our customers.
• Together with your six-member leadership team, you lead and shape an organisation with around 100 employees across several management levels and create space for responsibility and personal development

What you bring with you

• Several years of leadership experience in larger organisational units as well as a leadership understanding based on orientation, trust and responsibility.
• Your mindset in terms of "servant leadership" to grow beyond the current performance level together with your team and involved stakeholders
• Entrepreneurial and strategic thinking, courage to question the status quo, as well as the ability to implement and turn ideas into concrete solutions
• Enjoyment of complex process and system landscapes as well as curiosity and ability to learn in order to quickly familiarise yourself with new topics
• A university degree in business administration as well as strong communication and negotiation skills in German and English
