It is looking for a Industrialisation Manager to structure and lead the transformation of its industrialisation processes, ensuring smooth coordination between business teams and continuous operational excellence.
Your tasks with your new employer
- You will manage the transition of projects from the design stage to full industrialisation, ensuring optimal profitability and production in line with the most rigorous quality standards in the micromechanical precision sector
- You will lead and strengthen the capabilities of a multidisciplinary team, creating a collaborative environment where each member actively contributes to continuous improvement and the achievement of the group’s strategic objectives
- You will orchestrate exchanges between production, quality, procurement and logistics to ensure maximum responsiveness to commercial demands
- You will define and oversee initiatives to optimise manufacturing processes, identifying opportunities to reduce costs while preserving operational excellence and full compliance with standards
- You will ensure full control of quality and industrial safety, maintaining constant vigilance over process compliance and instilling a culture of continuous improvement within the teams
You offer your new employer
- You hold an engineering degree from a University of Applied Sciences or equivalent in mechanical engineering, microtechnology or a related discipline
- You bring significant experience managing diverse technical teams, combined with solid practice in managing complex projects in demanding and regulated industrial environments
- You are fluent in French and have sufficient proficiency in English to interact with international partners and lead multilingual technical discussions
- You embody essential human qualities: developed listening skills, a strong pedagogical sense, resilience in the face of operational challenges and a genuine appetite for cross-functional collaboration
