Your tasks

Expansion, maintenance and 360° advisory of the customer portfolio
Sale of the entire range of products and services including cross-selling
Systematic recording of needs and external potential
Referral to internal specialist teams
Acquisition of new customers
Participation in customer events including network maintenance

What you bring

Commercial basic training (banking or insurance advantageous)
Completed bank-specific further training or first experience as a personal customer advisor advantageous
High sales and customer orientation
Strong interest in investment, financing and pension topics
