Job Description

• Professional cleaning, care, and maintenance work in and around our client properties
• Performing inspection and maintenance work on buildings, systems, and infrastructure
• Support in building services (minor repairs, troubleshooting, fault rectification)
• Responsibility for order, cleanliness, and safety in the assigned property area
• Participation in seasonal tasks such as green space maintenance or winter service

We Expect

• Completed training as a Facility Maintenance Specialist EFZ, Janitor EFZ, or comparable qualification
• Driving licence / category B mandatory
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written
• High reliability, quality awareness, and enjoyment of cleaning tasks
• Independent, responsible, and structured working style
• Team player, friendly and service-oriented
