What is my role?

You are the central contact person for all HR matters in a dynamic production environment. Your tasks include:

• Advising managers and teams on all personnel-related issues

• Managing the entire employee life cycle – from onboarding to offboarding

• Supporting conflict resolution, individual case consultation, and labour law matters

• Actively shaping change processes and organisational adjustments

• Ensuring consistent implementation of HR policies and legal requirements

• Close networking with central HR functions and specialist departments

• Contributing to cross-functional HR initiatives and process optimisation

What do I need to be successful?

• Solid professional experience in a generalist HR role with a business partner focus

• Experience in a commercial-technical or production-oriented work environment is an advantage

• Sound knowledge of Swiss labour law and confident handling of labour law issues

• Strong communication skills and enjoyment in working with various hierarchy levels and professional fields

• Independent, structured working style with high problem-solving competence and empathy in sensitive situations

• Fluent German and French skills, both spoken and written
