In this role, you apply your experience as an IT project manager and application manager to steer projects purposefully from planning to completion. You take on project coordination, structure processes clearly and ensure that all parties work together effectively. You lead teams to peak performance and ensure that milestones are met on time and with high quality. You also keep an eye on project risks, make well-founded decisions and initiate appropriate measures if necessary. In this way, you contribute significantly to the successful implementation of demanding IT projects.
Responsibilities:
- You take responsibility for our ERP system (Comarch) as well as other specialist applications in operation, further development and optimisation
- In this role, you lead digitalisation and automation projects including interfaces to webshop, HubSpot CRM and external suppliers
- As IT project manager and application manager, you work closely with sales, logistics and accounting to analyse and optimise business processes
- You ensure second- and third-level support, conduct training and create process documentation
- In this role, you evaluate and implement new tools and digitalisation solutions with direct impact on corporate strategy
Qualifications:
You have completed a degree or comparable training with a strong IT and supply chain focus
You have several years of experience as an IT project manager, application manager or ERP specialist
You bring solid ERP knowledge; experience with Comarch, SAP or Microsoft Dynamics is an advantage
You ideally have knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, SQL and interface technologies
You understand commercial and logistical processes in trade or project business
You speak fluent German and good English
