In your role, you make an important contribution to the punctual and cost-efficient provision of track construction machines for maintenance and renewal of the SBB Infrastructure Division. This is what you can achieve.
- In this role, you take over the management of the planning and scheduling team for the key resources of track construction machines including the corresponding means of transport.
- You are responsible for the planning and programming of all machine resources and means of transport according to economic principles with significant impact on the corporate goals of customer punctuality and customer satisfaction.
- Professionally, you are responsible for the contracts and thus represent the user interests in the tendering and procurement of track construction machine services. You monitor the budget and control the services provided by private companies for SBB, BLS and TPF.
- Together with your team, you continuously develop the planning and scheduling of track construction machines in terms of process optimisation and digitalisation.

- Through your persuasiveness and assertiveness, you communicate purposefully and appropriately with the various internal and external contacts.
- You have preferably already worked in the railway environment and have several years of leadership experience in a similar position.
- You have a technical or railway operational basic education, as well as a technical degree at HF / FH / university level or an equivalent further education.
- Good user knowledge of SAP systems and common Office applications is required. In addition, you are IT-savvy and willing to familiarise yourself with sector-specific applications.
- You have very good German skills (at least C1) and can communicate in French (at least B1).
