Supporting users as well as processing and resolving support requests are part of your daily tasks
You analyse requirements from the specialist departments and develop suitable system solutions
Managing interfaces to systems such as webshop, warehouse and production facilities as well as ensuring stable operations are your responsibility
You implement adjustments in MS Dynamics 365 Business Central, coordinate external partners and accompany testing and documentation
Additionally, you support training, data migrations, master data management and Power BI reports
Qualifications:
You have a completed IT education and experience with ERP systems, ideally MS Dynamics 365 Business Central / Navision
Your understanding of end-to-end processes in areas such as purchasing, sales and manufacturing enables you to optimally map the system
Experience with digital processes, data management as well as Microsoft technologies such as Power BI, Power Platform or Azure is advantageous
You have fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written
