Housekeeper / Operations Agent at 90%
Your mission
- Perform maintenance and thorough cleaning of common areas, rooms and sanitary facilities, equipment and devices
- Master cleaning machines such as scrubbers, single-disc machines, etc.
- Clean and remake patients' beds and stretchers
- Prepare and arrange conference rooms for meetings
- Manage the computer system of the clothing vending machine and supply it with workwear
- Wash and maintain certain specific laundry items
- Dispose of waste
- Contribute to various administrative and follow-up tasks
- Provide effective and personalized communication with patients and their relatives as well as all clients, partners, and collaborators
- Perform work according to best practices, hygiene, safety, and ergonomics rules
Your assets
- Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as Operations Agent or equivalent qualification
- You are versatile and switch from one task to another while managing priorities
- You have manual skills to perform small repairs such as changing wheels or a bed motor, etc.
- You are dynamic and flexible (irregular hours during days and evenings as well as weekends and public holidays)
- You have the ability to perform tasks requiring the handling of hospital equipment
- You know how to handle and move equipment while respecting safety protocols
- You have an excellent sense of service and a strong ability to work in a team while being autonomous. Your interest in hygiene and cleanliness is recognized
- You master French (spoken and written) as well as common computer tools (Office suite, Waware is a plus)
