- Professional and proactive advice and support for managers and employees as a sparring partner for all personnel-related issues
- Main responsibility for the entire HR life cycle (excluding payroll) of around 200 employees (direct responsibility for about 130 employees) including 30 apprentices
- Recruitment of specialists, managers, and apprentices together with the line
- Support for long-term absences due to illness and accident
- Active participation in ongoing and upcoming HR projects as well as change processes
- Interface to time tracking
- Participation in the implementation of the HR strategy of the fenaco-LANDI group
- General administrative tasks.
- HR specialist with a federal diploma and several years of experience in the role of HR specialist, ideally with initial leadership experience
- Native German or French speaker - business fluent in the other language
- You confidently deal with people at all levels and successfully mediate in conflicts
- You have an independent, pragmatic, and solution-oriented working style
- You are proficient in using relevant business networks and social media
- You are willing to regularly visit the various locations of Serco Suisse
- Driver's license category B.

We are looking for a motivated person as Head of HR Serco Suisse (m/f/d) with a workplace in Oberbipp BE. In this role, you will handle all operational HR topics – embedded in the fenaco HR team of the Mittelland region. We appreciate down-to-earth personalities and a hands-on mentality. As a central service provider, you will look after about 200 employees in Switzerland at 10 locations in job sharing with an HR Business Partner and, thanks to our proximity to the business, you will recognize the challenges of the line early – together you will find pragmatic solutions.
