The Audemars Piguet Watchmaking Manufacture SA, Meyrin branch, is looking for an Experienced Setter specialised in mechanised finishing, who will work in shift patterns.

In this role:

• you will ensure the start-up, adjustment and production monitoring of Recomatic CT501 machines dedicated to the finishing operations of case components,
• you will be responsible for the quality of production and will carry out dimensional control and aesthetic self-inspection of the parts under your responsibility,
• you will participate in continuous improvement and optimisation of production times,
• you will actively contribute to achieving production targets while ensuring compliance with safety standards.

• You hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) in micromechanics, polymechanics or an equivalent qualification.
• You have at least 5 years of proven experience in setting CT501 machines, ideally in a watchmaking or precision mechanics environment.
• You master mechanised finishing processes.
• You are proficient in using control tools and reading technical drawings.
• You work autonomously, in an organised and rigorous manner.
• You have above all a very good team spirit and a positive outlook.
• You have good analytical skills and initiative.
