Position Summary
Ready to take off in your finance career? At Jet Aviation, we’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team. In this role you provide operational and financial information to the local Finance and Management Team and collaborate closely with site operations.
You are the go-to person when it comes to facts and figures supporting the local Finance and Management team in their decision-making.
You have your seat in the cockpit of the finance organization, taking a leading role during month end closing activities, managing the financial reporting, planning and cash flow management. Your mission
• Track project progress and costs: Analyze physical project progress and cost development to ensure accurate financial control.
• Prepare and present financial project reports: Deliver clear, data-driven updates on project financials, tailored for internal stakeholders.
• Monitor material and labor efficiency: Identify cost deviations and challenge inefficiencies to improve performance.
• Manage project cash flow: Maintain up-to-date cash flow forecasts and help ensure financial stability.
• Deliver accurate financial reports: Prepare regular operational and strategic reports that inform decision-making.
• Lead month-end closing activities: Take an active role in financial closings and ensure all deadlines are met.
• Support forecasting and budgeting: Work closely with finance and operational teams to build solid forecasts and annual budgets.
• Ensure compliance and audit readiness: Assist with internal and external audits and maintain high standards of financial integrity.
• Develop impactful presentations for leadership: Turn financial insights into executive-level reports and recommendations.

Your profile
• University degree in Finance, Controlling, Accounting or similar.
• 3 plus years of experience in industrial and/or project controlling.
• Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with SAP, SAP BW, and ideally Power BI.
• Strong modeling and data interpretation capabilities.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, collaborative mindset.
• Results-oriented and take full ownership of your tasks.
• Sharp eye for numbers and the bigger picture.
• Strong business acumen and a hands-on mentality.
• Communicate clearly and enjoy working across teams and levels.
