Plant Operator (m/f/d)
What should you bring?
- Successfully completed training as a surface practitioner / surface coater or alternatively at least three years of professional experience in electroplating
- Very good German skills (at least level B2)
- Willingness to work shifts in a 3-shift system
- MS Office skills
- Ability to identify improvement potential and drive it forward
- Assertiveness, social competence and cooperative working style
What can you expect?
- Responsible for operating and controlling the production plants
- Monitoring product quality and initiating appropriate corrective measures in case of deviations
- Support with extensive maintenance work
- Ensuring timely processing of demanding customer parts
- Active participation in the continuous improvement process
