The Medical Advisor in respiratory diseases (sleep, oxygen therapy, ventilation) is responsible for the installation and follow-up of patients using medical devices at the prescriber's office or at home. They organize consultations, ensure therapy follow-up, conduct home visits, and manage the stock of devices and consumables. They are also responsible for the quality of data in the CRM and participate in an on-call service to respond to emergencies. This position combines technical and relational skills to effectively support patients in their treatment.
You will report directly to the head of the Medical Advisors team. Your main missions include:
Patient follow-up: organizing consultations for the initiation and follow-up of treatment, installation of medical equipment (ventilation devices, oxygen therapy, devices for sleep apnea) at the medical office and/or at patients' homes, therapy follow-up
Stock management for your area: managing the number of devices and consumables to ensure the necessary supply of medical devices and control quality
On-call service: telephone contact with patients to resolve urgent technical issues or provide remote advice
Organization of training in external organizations
Participation in congresses and events for patients

Holder of a nursing diploma or equivalent, you possess the following skills:
Experience in the medical field with the care and follow-up of patients
Knowledge of the respiratory field
Ability to work with healthcare professionals (pulmonologists, etc.)
Organizational skills, ability to work independently and manage priorities
Listening, empathy, and responsiveness in case of emergency
Fluency in French is mandatory, German is an asset
A valid driver's license in Switzerland is mandatory
