Role:
Our partner is an established, modern Swiss trust and consulting company with a broad client portfolio. To strengthen the specialist team, we are looking for a committed individual with solid trust experience to start immediately or by arrangement. In this versatile key role, you will independently manage mandates from A to Z - from innovative start-ups to owner-managed SMEs to international group companies and foundations - and actively accompany clients on their digital journey.

Responsibilities:
In your central mandate function, you independently manage a broad client portfolio from A to Z.
You prepare interim and annual financial statements as well as consolidated accounts according to various accounting standards.
You are responsible for payroll accounting including personnel administration and year-end tasks.
You competently advise your clients on social security and tax matters.
You accompany your clients on their digital journey and confidently use tools such as Bexio and Abacus in daily work.
Qualifications:
At least 3 years of professional experience in trust services, accounting or auditing (post apprenticeship).
Completed further education as a trust specialist or finance and accounting professional (federal diploma) - preferably also in training to become a certified trust expert.
Optional additional qualification as a social security specialist.
Team-oriented personality with entrepreneurial flair, creativity and a digital mindset.
Confident German language skills as well as good English skills in spoken and written form.
