About the job
What you will do here
- Collaborate in the conception, implementation and evaluation of further training offers in the field of Case Management (including budget and personnel planning, supervision and assessment of CAS final theses, involvement in marketing the offers)
- Participate in research projects in the field of Case Management as well as plan, acquire, conduct, lead and evaluate initial research and development projects
- Write initial scientific and professional publications
- Participate with own contributions at conferences, congresses and events
- Contribute to teaching in the Bachelor's degree programme as needed (conduct courses and supervise student papers, internships and Bachelor theses)
- Take on further substantive and organisational tasks at the Institute for Social Security and Social Policy
What you ideally bring with you
- Consecutive Master's degree (MSc, MA) in Social Work or related fields (obtained or imminent) mandatory
- Several years of professional experience in Case Management / Vocational Reintegration or related areas
- Further training in Case Management is an advantage
- Knowledge of empirical social research
- Initial experience in university teaching or willingness to acquire it, including appropriate further training in higher education didactics
- Very good German & French skills (spoken and written) desired
- Willingness to develop a profile in university teaching and research and actively shape your own development; interest in a doctorate desired
