What kind of CAM Programmer / All-rounder are we looking for at Reiden Technik AG?
To expand our team, we are looking for an innovative and team-oriented CAM programmer with a passion for modern manufacturing technologies. Do you want to fully apply your expertise, take responsibility and actively shape a versatile role? You will take on a central role and act as an important interface between management and the team. In addition, you have the opportunity to professionally support our apprentices in their 3rd and 4th year and pass on your know-how to the next generation. Sounds like your next challenge? Then we look forward to getting to know you!
Your main tasks include:
- Together with the department head, you plan and coordinate internal and external manufacturing orders and ensure an efficient production process
- As a technical contact person, you support the team on topics such as clamping technology, machining strategies, error analyses, programme optimisation, quality improvements and reduction of machining times, ensuring smooth production
- You independently programme and operate our modern 5-axis machining centres (RX10, RX12 and RX18) and actively participate
- You show flexibility and are willing to work during production peaks as well as cover holiday and absence shifts in a 2-shift operation
- With your expertise, you support the training of our apprentices in their 3rd and 4th year and accompany them in their professional development
Your profile
- You communicate confidently and precisely in German, both orally and in writing
- You have completed training as a polymechanic EFZ and are skilled in setting up and programming CNC-controlled 5-axis milling machines with Heidenhain control
- Experience in CAM programming (Mastercam is an advantage) as well as setting up and optimising CNC machining are part of your daily work
- You are familiar with rough machining and ideally have already gained experience in contract manufacturing
- You are a team player, professional and always communicate respectfully and on equal terms
- You bring initial experience in supporting apprentices or in a technical leadership role and approach tasks independently and proactively
Additional qualifications you bring:
- Do you perhaps even have further training in manufacturing or process optimisation?
- Have you perhaps already completed a trainer course?
What we offer you:
- A comprehensive introduction and competent support from experienced colleagues
- A versatile role in which you can optimally apply and further develop your experience
- Individual development opportunities with targeted further training
- Paid breaks during shift work: your break time is counted as working time
- At least 25 days of holiday per year, more depending on age
- Two weeks of company holidays over Christmas and New Year so you can enjoy the turn of the year in a relaxed manner
- Public transport connection nearby as well as free parking spaces
