Deputy Manager Catering 100%

We are looking for

A service- and customer-oriented personality who understands how to lead with a collegial manner and support the Catering Manager in the daily challenges and further development of the team.

Your main tasks

• Supporting and, in the absence of the Catering Manager, being responsible for the catering operations, personnel planning, leadership, instruction, promotion, and support of employees
• Assisting and supporting the catering team with daily tasks and processes
• Organising and supervising various occasions and events, ensuring smooth operations
• Taking care of lectures in the conference rooms and organising the technical equipment

Your profile

You have completed vocational training as a restaurant specialist EFZ and have at least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role

You are a host with heart, passion, and competence

You are ready to take on leadership responsibility and develop further

You are a likeable, helpful, well-groomed personality with initiative and an eye for detail.

You enjoy working in a small team and speak fluent German.

You have good IT skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, POS system tc pos)
