- Planning and calculation of our offerings
- Active participation in daily kitchen operations
- Leadership and organization of the kitchen area
- Collaboration with the service and event team
- Quality control & compliance with HACCP guidelines
- Ordering goods and inventory management
- Completed training as a cook
- Professional experience in gastronomy
- Passion for cooking, team spirit, and creativity
- Independent and reliable working style
- Resilience and flexibility, also on weekends and evenings
- Very good German language skills
- A family-like working environment in a small, motivated team
- Fixed days off: Sunday and Monday (often also evenings off when no events take place)
